  • Before Your Appointment

    Swipe Right.

  • Retainer

    A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your final balance. Card details are required to complete your booking.

  • Cancellations

    Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% service fee.

    Rescheduling is permitted once within the same month; additional changes will require a new retainer.

  • Payment

    Your remaining balance may be paid via tap to pay, cash, or the same card used to secure your booking.

  • Location

    The salon is located in Renton, WA. Your appointment location details will be sent via text 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

  • Availability

    Appointment calendars are released monthly and open on the 21st of each month. Availability is limited, and bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Appointment Preparation

  • Please notify me if you are running late prior to your appointment. If there is no communication or response within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, your appointment will be cancelled and a cancellation fee will apply.

  • Hair-included services require a increased retainer. Premium hair is provided in lengths 14”–22” (natural black), available in straight or body wave textures. Extended lengths are available for separate purchase. All bookings must be made under the Hair Included Categories.

  • Used extensions are accepted; however, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are clean and properly prepared for reuse. Improperly cleaned extensions may affect the final result of your hairstyle.
